We’ve released a brand new video again this week to show off a few more things you can try in HUE Animation Studio. The topic this time is special effects like explosions and crashes. We’ve used clay models, Lego minifigures, drawings and toys for variety.

We’re going to highlight some of the clips used in the video in detail over the next few tutorial posts to show you how to recreate (or improve) our special effects.

Let us know if you’d like any extra information about how to animate a scene you’ve come up with – and remember, all of the movie clips in the video were shot with a HUE camera and animated in HUE Animation software. Using extra software can give you access to even more tools to create unique effects, but you can make LEGO men talk, explode or fly through the air using only the items which come in a HUE Animation Studio kit.
