Happy HUE Year!
[FR] Caméra HUE HD Pro : votre bureau partagé collectivement
Russell Stannard runs TTV (Teacher Training Videos), a completely free website for screencasts to help teachers and students incorporate technology into their teaching. In 2008, Stannard received a Times Higher Education Award for Outstanding ICT Initiative and won the British Council Technology Award in 2010.
We were delighted when Russell agreed to test the HUE HD Pro visualiser to see whether it would aid his language teaching. He rapidly found many uses for the camera during his talks, videos and language teaching lessons, so much so that he decided to publish a video introducing the camera – and sharing his creative ideas for getting the most out of it – on his popular Youtube channel.
“This is one of the most useful Tech Tools I have ever used. The company sent me one to try out and when I started to work with it, I couldn’t believe just how useful I found it. It’s a top tech tool that you will find yourself using again and again. I would put it in my top tech tools and I have begun introducing it into my talks, my videos and all my lessons.”
In the video, Russell puts the visualiser to use in several inspiring ways including analysing pronunciation problems, correcting exercises, teaching grammar, demonstrating the use of apps and running language games to engage his viewers.
