Bunterlich.de-Lehrerin erzählt aus ihrem digitalen Alltag im Klassenraum.

Grundschullehrerin und Bloggerin Birgit Klubertanz von Bunterlich.de arbeitet bereits seit einiger Zeit mit neuen Technologien, wie iPads & Co. in ihrem Klassenzimmer: Die liebsten Hacks aus ihrem digitalen Alltag teilt sie in ihrem Beitrag zum HUE Tablet Stand.

Viele Grund- und weiterführenden Schulen haben während der Coronazeit ihre Teams mit iPads ausgerüstet. Birgt Klubertanz arbeitete bereits zuvor mit dem Apple Tablet. Sowohl in der Schule als auch in der Lehrerbildung setzt sie ihr Gerät viel ein – zusammen mit dem Tabletständer + Beamer oder AppleTV ersetzt sie den ELMO oder Overheadprojektor:

Der Tablet Stand wird an einem Tisch gut festgeschraubt und das iPad kann problemlos in die vorgesehene Halterung eingeklemmt werden […] Das Buch oder Arbeitsblatt wird einfach auf den Tisch gelegt, die Kamera des iPads wird geöffnet und das Bild über den Beamer direkt an die Wand projiziert.

In vielen Schulen sind iPads & Breitband noch keine Realität. Pädagogin Birgit Klubertanz sieht in Dokumentenscannern eine bequeme Alternative, für uns testete sie die Dokumentenkamera HUE HD Pro:

Primary school teacher and blogger Birgit Klubertanz from Bunterlich.de has been working with new technologies such as iPads in her classroom for some time now. She shares her favorite hacks from her everyday digital life in her post about the HUE Tablet Stand.

“The HUE Tablet Stand has become a much-loved device for me both at school and for my teacher training classes, and I use it almost every day”.

She had already tested the tablet stand and document camera before the pandemic, to see how stable and how easy they would be to use. She shared her positive feedback and personal tips for use on Bunterlich.de.

Many primary and secondary schools equipped their teams with iPads during the coronavirus period but Birgt Klubertanz was already working with Apple tablets. She uses her device all the time, both at school and for her teacher training classes. She uses it together with the HUE tablet stand and projector or Apple TV, instead of the ELMO or overhead projector:

“The tablet stand is screwed tightly to a table and the iPad can easily be clamped into the holder provided […] The book or worksheet is simply placed on the table, and the iPad’s camera takes a photo which is projected directly onto the wall via the projector.”

However, most German schools don’t regularly use iPads and broadband. Educator Birgit Klubertanz sees document scanners as a convenient alternative after testing the HUE HD Pro document camera:

“With this device you can project A3 size pages onto the wall or whiteboard” without needing to have an iPad or Apple TV in the classroom. It is a portable and cost effective alternative to devices such as the ELMO.

[…] The HUE HD Pro camera is very versatile for the price and can be used in so many different ways. For example it can be used to demonstrate experiments in front of the whole class. “I currently use it in school when we want to take a close-up look at animals or plants. We can also make video and sound recordings to save and share later with the class. You don’t even need to use a tripod.”
