Animation in Education: Showing how children synthesize information
Posted on December 18, 2012 in HUE Animation
We love it when schools can better articulate the valuable learning implications around stop-motion animation in the K12 classroom than we can.
We recently discovered a fabulous testimonial by a long-time customer in Denver, CO, Polaris at Ebert. We pulled out some key quotes by teachers from the video below, enjoy!
“I can’t think of a better way to show how children synthesize information.”
“The learning becomes more theirs and they get to express their knowledge in different ways.”
“They really had to learn about compromise and share ideas.”
“We reach a lot of different learners by including [SAM] into our curriculum.”
“Giving them an outlet like this so we can see clearly what they have in their head is just an amazing process.”
