We have received a few messages already from early adopters of Microsoft’s newest desktop operating system, Windows 10. People are anxious to know whether their existing HUE products and software will continue to work after updating to Windows 10.

We’re pleased to be able to confirm that all HUE products are fully supported on Windows 10. This includes both the 32-bit and 64-bit editions.

Both our stop motion animation software HUE Animation and our HUE Intuition classroom document camera/visualiser application have received Certified for Windows 10 logos from Microsoft this week.

The HUE HD and HUE HD Pro cameras are both completely plug and play and will work out of the box on the new operating system.

This advice assumes that you are using the current versions of our software. If you’re using an older version of HUE Intuition or HUE Animation (formerly known as SAM Animation), it’s a good idea to log in to your online account and download the latest free software updates to ensure that there are no problems with outdated files.
