We’re very pleased to be able to announce that we’ll be a silver sponsor of the SCHOLAR bus as it makes its way around schools in Scotland this year to meet teachers and students. The bus will travel to ten locations between Ayrshire and Dundee over the course of the week commencing 2nd September 2013.

At each location it visits, the bus will be educating people about e-learning through the SCHOLAR programme. It sounds like a great opportunity for pupils to give feedback on what works for them, as well as spreading the word about how technology is transforming education!

Carol has posted her first impressions of the camera as a learning tool over at the SCHOLAR blog, commenting on its suitability for digital storytelling, time-lapse photography, visualiser tasks and real-time homework sessions using Adobe Connect technology. She’s also thinking about podcasts; it’s great to see such a detailed review. We recommend it for any teachers interested in integrating information technology in their lesson plans!
