What do you get when you have an iPad with a camera, a lively imagination, and a great story to tell with LEGO mini-figures? Our new iPad app myCreate of course!

After several months of development and testing (thank you to our beta testers – spending time even in the summer!), we have finally released the app. It’s just a taste – an appetizer if you will – of what’s to come, but we wanted to at least get it out for kids to use and teachers and parents alike to give us feedback on how to make it even better! We have a development plan, and actually are already working on the next update that will have the super-fun feature of music import and very useful feature of copy frame (as specifically requested by our Slowmation friends in Australia).

We already have full classrooms using the app – from 2nd graders in Weston, MA to 12th graders in Hanover, NH. We’re very excited – too – about the possibilities of the app in the hands of kids at home, being able to create magnificent works such as their own Dynamite LEGO music videos!
