With the start of a new year we launched a new website!  For our existing customers, this means that accessing your downloads and license keys have changed.

We’ve emailed this out to all of our customers, but wanted to include it in a blog just in case the email is deleted / lost and we also have documentation for our new customers!

Please see details below on how to continue to obtain your download and license key after purchase.
1) Log in using the link in the top right corner of the website.

Username:  the email you used to purchase SAM Animation
Password:  your original password; if it doesn’t work or if you’ve forgotten it, please click “Lost your Password” on the login screen

2) You will be brought to a page with the following information, clickable via tabs:

My Quotes  (listing any outstanding quotes, pending receipt of purchase orders)
My Orders  (listing all orders you have previously made through iCreate)
My Licenses  (listing all license keys you have purchased; note 5-packs & 10-packs will reflect that many licenses)
My Downloads  (Mac and PC downloadable files available here)
My Information (make updates to your account information)

And that’s all!  Please, however, do not hesitate to contact us if you run into issues or questions….we are extremely particular about getting back to folks within a very timely manner (under 24hrs, even through weekends and holidays).  As always, Happy Creating!
