Aloha,
My name is Keke Powell and I am currently a 2nd grade teacher in Boerne, Texas. I recently relocated from Hawaii to Texas over the summer and I was in need of a document camera for the new school year. I came across the HUE camera on social media and was excited to give it a try. This camera has been a huge game changer in my classroom. I am able to do so much with this while I am teaching. I am able to model my lessons as I do, We do, and now You do. Students are able to easily follow along and can even write on my smart board while I am at my desk.

Here I am modeling 3-digit addition to my students. You can see the display on my computer and my computer is projected on my smartboard. Students are able to see my step by step progress and can model this independently as well.

I really love how I can modify the camera because of how flexible the product is. If I need to zoom closer, then I can adjust the camera appropriately. It projects nicely on my smart board and students can come up to the board and answer problems as well.
The HUE camera has been a huge success in my classroom. I really like how I can take a photo or video of my screen through the software and it was very easy to learn and navigate. This product has helped me become a better teacher utilizing technology to enhance my lessons. Technology is so essential through the pandemic and I realized I needed to find new products for my classroom. I would 10/10 recommend this product for other teachers to use in their classroom.
