Thank you for your comment. If you’re having trouble installing, please contact our support team with your operating system details and they’ll be able to help immediately. The camera is plug and play so that should show up as soon as it’s connected; if it doesn’t, please check your Privacy settings (some computers block cameras by default unless they’re manually given permission) and let our team know what you see.
