The HUE team has been busy this year, attending education shows across the world from BETT in Europe to the upcoming ISTE exhibition in North America! These events are a great way to meet teachers and hear stories about how everyone is using our HUE cameras and software to enhance their lessons in the classroom and beyond – and how we can make our products even better in future.
The next set of dates in the HUE calendar are taking us even farther afield than usual, as next week we will be attending the 8th EDIX Educational IT Solutions Expo in Tokyo, Japan.
EDIX runs between Wednesday 17th May and Friday 19th May 2017, and takes place in the huge Tokyo Big Sight exhibition complex in Tokyo Bay. While this will be our first time attending as exhibitors, our trusty HUE HD Pro Camera visited the EDIX Tokyo show last year to take a look around so we already know that it’s going to be a fantastic experience.
The EDIX event boasts seminars, workshops and training, catering for educators, makerspace administrators and librarians. With so much creativity on display, we’re very proud that we can offer the very first opportunity for teachers in Japan to try HUE out for themselves.
At our booth upstairs in West 3 Hall, we will be demonstrating the HUE HD Pro Camera and HUE Animation Studio kits, as well as answering questions in English and Japanese. We will also be showing visitors how our Creatubbles integration makes it easy for classrooms to share the stop motion animation projects they create with other students all over the world.
HUE equipment is already available for purchase from Amazon Japan and many schools are using our stop motion animation tools to enrich their lessons. Our Japanese-language pamphlet can be downloaded here if you’d like to know more.
If you’re in the area next week, please come along and visit us at booth 15-20!
